By accessing or using our website, web tools, converters, batch processors, widgets, or Chrome extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. UtilityPro provides free access to utility calculators, unit conversion matrices, productivity tools, and export facilities. You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes:

• Personal & Commercial Utility: You may freely use our calculations and exported reports (PDF, Excel, Word) for personal financial budgeting, academic coursework, engineering estimations, and commercial planning.
• No Denial of Service or Scraping: You may not use automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or DDoS attacks to disrupt platform availability or systematically harvest our conversion formulas and databases.
• Fair Embedding: When utilizing our embeddable widget (iFrame), you agree to keep the "Powered by UtilityPro" attribution backlink intact and functional.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform architecture, UI/UX design, custom stylesheets, proprietary JavaScript engines (including the batch processing and pSEO routing modules), trademarks, logos, and written technical guides are the intellectual property of UtilityPro. You may not duplicate, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our platform's proprietary codebase for resale or unauthorized white-labeling without prior written consent.

4. Accuracy and Disclaimer of Warranties

While our calculations strictly adhere to NIST, ISO, standard actuarial formulas, and financial conventions, all calculations, outputs, and projections are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. UtilityPro does not guarantee that results are entirely free from rounding discrepancies, human error, or typographical inaccuracies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UtilityPro, its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including but not limited to financial loss, tax penalties, investment miscalculations, engineering misjudgments, or lost profits.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international web commerce standards and general commercial law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to good-faith mediation prior to formal legal proceedings.
